People

The RAD lab recognizes there is persistent racial discrimination and inequality in science and science education that have led to a problematic lack of representation. We are committed to working with faculty, staff, and students from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds to foster an inclusive and equitable lab culture.
